  1. Record the display and confirm the model

  2. Try one Amana power reset

When to stop and request service

  • Request qualified microwave service if the display returns after the single Amana one-minute power reset.
  • Leave power disconnected and arrange service immediately for smoke, a burning odor, repeated arcing, a repeated breaker trip, visible door or wiring damage, or water near electrical parts.
