Work in order and stop whenever a step is not supported by the documentation for your model.

  1. Record E011 and the model

    • Photograph the display and note the complete Bosch model or E-Nr.
    • Confirm the model documentation uses E011 for the same touch-sensor condition.

  2. Clean and dry the control surface

    • Let the cooking and control area cool, then wipe the external panel clean and dry.
    • Do not spray cleaner into seams or remove the control panel.

  3. Use one documented breaker reset

    • If there is no immediate hazard, switch the appliance off at the breaker for five minutes and restore power once.
    • If E011 returns, stop resetting and arrange Bosch support or qualified service.

Actions not recommended

  • Do not remove the control panel or test internal sensors, wiring, voltage, or boards.
  • Do not keep cycling the breaker when E011 returns.
