  1. Record the exact display and model

  2. Use only the Bosch-documented reset and owner checks

    • If the appliance and breaker can be handled safely, switch the dishwasher circuit off for 30 seconds and restore power once, as Bosch directs for this code family.
    • Do not treat E21/E6002 as the same condition as E22/E24/E25 and do not dismantle the sump, heat pump, hoses, or motor to chase the code.
    • Routine filter cleaning can still be performed when the owner manual calls for it, but Bosch does not present filter cleaning as the repair for E21/E6002.
