Electrolux dishwasher CL / Cd Status Message

Work in order and stop whenever a step is not supported by the documentation for your model.

  1. Record the exact display and model

    • Photograph the code or message before clearing it so the original display is preserved.
    • Confirm the complete model number and compare it with the Electrolux owner manual before using any model-specific procedure.

  2. Use only documented owner-accessible checks

    • Check the doorway, racks, and tall utensils for anything preventing normal closure.
    • Close the door normally until it latches. Do not slam, tape, clamp, pry, or otherwise defeat the latch.
    • If the display remains after normal closure, stop rather than repeatedly forcing the door or manipulating the latch.

  3. Stop before internal diagnosis

    • If the condition returns after the documented external checks, request Electrolux support or qualified service.
