  1. Stop dispensing and locate the visible jam

    • Record DI SP or DISP and stop repeatedly operating the dispenser.
    • Look only into the accessible dispenser chute or ice-bin area for loose or jammed ice; keep fingers away from moving auger parts.

  2. Use the model-documented ice-bin care

    • If the owner manual allows user removal, remove the ice bin only after the dispenser is idle.
    • Electrolux directs owners to thaw and empty the bin, clean the container, wipe it dry, and reinstall it in the proper position.
    • Do not use sharp tools, heat guns, or force on the chute, auger, or ice maker.
