LG Washer PE / E33 Error Code

LG groups PE and E33 in its front-load washer reference and associates PE with the water-level sensor. The message does not independently prove that the sensor itself is defective.

  1. Record the exact code and model number

    • Photograph or write down whether the display shows PE or E33.
    • Confirm the full model number so service information can be matched to the correct washer.

    • Unplug the washer for 10 seconds.
    • Plug the washer back in and restart the cycle once.

Actions not recommended

  • Do not access, test, bypass, adjust, or replace the pressure or water-level sensor.
